- JMJohn MNov 6, 20251.0This place is a joke. We can't even get our mail delivered to our home or business in Mercer, WI. Have tried calling and emailing multiple people with no response. We were told it's an issue with not having someone to do the route but the neighbor with his mailbox on the other side of the driveway gets his delivered. One excuse after another when packages go missing. Maybe try putting them in the mailboxes and see if that helps instead of stacking them behind the counter with all the other mail that they won't deliver!

Rather than work to find or offer resolutions she appears to relish harsh enforcement. That is bad business and bad karma. The US Post Office is a consumer business and when you treat people badly they find alternatives.
