- CScorey smith6 days ago2.0Everyone was really nice and the closing was smooth and fast. The downside is they do not understand the importance of filling the Deed in a timely manner. They held on to the Deed for nearly a month and a half. I’ve worked with four different title companies over the past years and this has never been the case. They have caused me to loose nearly 5k because of this process.
