- NCNicole CulverOct 28, 20252.0We have had multiple instances now of our mail delivery person shoving packages into our tiny mailbox. We are part of one of those boxes with multiple mailboxes. The package clearly fits on the end that the mail person opens but it doesn't easily come out of the end we can open. I have tried calling the post office multiple times but they never answer their phone.

- DNDiane NielsenAug 3, 20255.0A special thanks to Mikayla (sp?) at the Menomonie WI post office. On Friday we had a package scheduled to be delivered to our rural address. We were notified that the package had been delivered, but it wasn't in our mailbox or anywhere to be found. I called the Menomonie post office on Saturday morning and talked to Mikayla. She said she would attempt to track it & get back to me. 45 minutes later my door bell rang. There was Mikayla with our package! Apparently, there was a substitute rural carrier filling in & our package was delivered elsewhere. THANK YOU MIKAYLA for going above and beyond by locating & delivering our package.
