  I love coming to the store. The staff is so cool and helpful. I just love ups! They do so many things and are great at their jobs!!! I may apply in the near future! Plus I love the color brown!

  This is my new go-to location for mailing, notary, and other such services. Every employee at this location has attended to my needs in a competent, efficient, and courteous manner. This is over the course of 3+ visits including during the busy Holiday season. Best experience and prices here compared to other such stores even across the country. Convenient location in beautiful Menomonee Falls. Truly grateful for this place and its staff members.

  Needed legal documents scanned. Documents were double sided. Store scanned odd numbers in one file and even numbers in another file. Not acceptable for court. I wasn’t informed that their equipment couldn’t scan both sides at once. Had to make a second trip to the store. Explained situation and was informed that they have to copy back pages and scan separately. They actually wanted to recharge me for the scan again but I showed them my receipt. But they still charged me $4 for copies. Really poor attitude. Store manager admitted it wasn’t done properly. Bad attitude and bad customer service!!!! There are other options available and certainly won’t be back and will share my experience whenever asked. I’ve managed businesses before and $4 would have been cheaper than a one star review.

  I returned a package at this store for my elderly mom. Only went here because I needed them to package the return, I emailed them the prepaid label and paid for them to print it. However, USPS never received the item. It was worth about $85. When the company said they never received it I filed a missing package with USPS who said they never received the item from the UPS store. Contacted the store manager and he said it was past the time for him to review cameras so there is nothing he could do. I contacted him again and asked for his managers name and he told me I could call 1-800 number for UPS. No accountability. Be careful taking your things here to ship. Even though I had proof of the email and the charge that showed on my card where I paid for label to be printed they accept no accountability.

  DO NOT DROP OFF NEXT DAY AIR HERE. They will not take any accountability for missed pickups. I've worked for a pack and ship - you stay until those urgent packages are picked up, or you CALL SOMEONE to let them know the situation! You don't just close up shop and leave! When I asked for a solution, they said, "idk, drive it there?" Really? Drive my package to the location I was shipping to? That's your solution? They have cost me time, money and customer relationships.
