I try to call and of course they are closed, try to schedule a redelivery and the number don't even work

I had a package out for delivery they never bothered to knock on my door they just got too lazy and stuck a note in the mail box pretty sure it's cause of the snow. I then tried calling them but calling the post office is a nightmare apparently and my redelivery number doesn't work
