I’m very glad I can change my review now that they have hired a very kind, caring, and devoted young man. He has been nothing but delightful since taking over, and I know I’m not the only one in the community that appreciates how wonderful he is.

I went there with all information needed to ship, expecting them to print a label for me. She just kept saying "I don't do that" and when I asked what she needed me to do to get it shipped she told me I needed to print my own label and bring it back ready to ship. So what is her job then? I left and went to the sunprairie post office and they took care of me with zero issues. Have heard similar stories from the neighbors about this woman. She needs to go!
