Whether it's being rude or lazy to not even making attempts to deliver packages or destroying letters when shoving them in the mailbox. Whenever I'd attempt to make a complaint, they would inform me they can't do anything because of the union. Worthless service, worthless people.

I went there with all information needed to ship, expecting them to print a label for me. She just kept saying "I don't do that" and when I asked what she needed me to do to get it shipped she told me I needed to print my own label and bring it back ready to ship. So what is her job then? I left and went to the sunprairie post office and they took care of me with zero issues. Have heard similar stories from the neighbors about this woman. She needs to go!
