  The employees here were very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable with my passport renewal process. Certainly one of the best experiences I’ve had at any government agency!

  this post office has lost over 10 of my packages. they also are extremely inconsistent with scanning packages in. your job is to handle packages. why are they being mishandled and going missing? ridiculous

  Over the weekend I was helped by an amazing woman named Cocoa. I hit a pothole last week and was using a car rental. Of course, the new rim I ordered got delayed and didn't arrive to my P.O. box until closing time on Saturday and the post office is closed on Sunday. Meaning, if I didn't get the rim I wouldn't have been able to come back until Monday afternoon. Lovely Cocoa went and retrieved my package on the complete opposite side of the building. I didn't even have to ask twice. Because of this, it saved me $200 in two more days of car rental fees. As I was leaving, I watched her help about 4 other people PAST CLOSING! She just has a really positive attitude, and if you've dealt with the post office, you know its not the best experience. Thank you Ms. Cocoa!

  I had a great experience today all because of Cocoa. She literally saved me $200 today because she went above and beyond at her job. Earlier in the week, my girlfriend and I hit a pothole with our car. The rim was bent amd the tire lost air so we had to order a brand new rim which took a few days to get here. In the meantime, we had to rent a rental car at $100 per day. We saw that today (Saturday afternoon) our package had been delivered to the post office. We arrived there just minutes before they were closing for the weekend and not reopening until two days later on Monday morning. Even though we did not get a slip in our PO Box yet saying at the rim was available for pick up Cocoa went to the loading dock in the back and looked for our package and brought it to us anyway. So now we don’t have to rent a car for two more days all because of her. I cannot thank her enough. She is a great employee with a great attitude and disposition. I also noticed her helping several other people even after they closed a few minutes prior. I don’t know what she gets paid per hour, but I do know it isn’t enough. She is the definition of a great employee. Cocoa💗❤️

  Came in to drop off a package and overheard the employee “cocoa” being very rude to an old woman. Seemingly trying to embarrass this older woman who simply needed help. Kindness goes a long way, don’t work a customer service job if you don’t want to deal with people!!!
