I had my package redirected for store pickup and showed my ID along with the delivery email. The employee responded with an attitude, questioned me dismissively, and handed my phone back saying, “Here, read this,” as if I couldn’t read. There was a link in the email I hadn’t noticed, but his behavior was rude and unprofessional. This made me feel disrespected.

I assumed the return would show up in my Amazon account but it never did. I called UPS and talked to the manager, Jubilee. He was incredibly rude and condescending, said he would reprint the receipt yet refused to do so when I called to follow up. I don't know what is really going on at this UPS store but I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you don't do Amazon returns at this location. My return is just missing, no receipt given, no solution to the problem UPS caused and I am out close to $50
