  They have poor camera for taking passport photos with bad white background. They don't correct head pose to satisfy passport requirements and don't use professional lightning to avoid accidental shadows on the picture. I recommend to go somewhere else to take passport photos

  I frequently go to this UPS Store, but I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff today. When I was in the parking lot, my car suddenly wouldn’t start and I started to panic because my phone was at 5% and I wasn’t sure what to do. I went inside to ask if I could borrow a charger, and the two employees working around 1 PM were incredibly kind. The girl working immediately let me plug in my phone, gave me tissues, and brought me a chair while I tried to calm down and figure things out. She was so sweet and reassuring when I was clearly stressed. Then the guy working actually came outside and helped jump my car so I could get home. Both of them went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn’t have to. Their kindness really meant a lot in a stressful moment and completely turned my day around. I really hope the owners know how wonderful these two employees are. Thank you both again for being so kind and helpful.

  The UPS Store employee was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly helped me find the best option to get my package to Phoenix by Monday at 10:30am.

  rude employee. UPS shouldn’t hire people who have no basic civility. Stop with the silently pointing at the scale while you are already helping someone else - it’s confusing to everyone and didn’t save any time. Finish with your customer at hand. It’s rude. When you give my receipt to me silently while staring in the opposite direction (at nothing, just turning his head to avoid eye contact), it’s just weird. If your goal is to silently get through the day, avoiding all eye contact, and not saying any words to anyone (like literally in your own little world) you are in the wrong position. If you are like autistic or something maybe customer service is not the right job for you (it’s not right for us, your customers). Quit. God forbid you should say thank you. Maybe work up to that, starting with simpler words like “hello” or “here you go”.
