The managers obviously don't help with the line and unless there is a complete lack of employees, it seems like they purposefully only have a single person at a time helping anyone. It is always awful and always embarassing that they have no shame about the absolute lack of service. Just close the location at this point.

Nicholas called me an hour before letting me know he’d need to cancel it since their photo machine was broken but to go get a photo done elsewhere then come in during walk in hours on the weekend (as posted online). I came in and they told me they don’t do walk ins and the website is wrong. I explained the situation and their response was “guess you’ll need to go somewhere else”.
