I went to the Westside Post Office for help, and both Nicholas and Dan were outstanding. Nicholas assisted me several times when I was holding and picking up my mail—he was always friendly, professional, and helpful. Dan came out to my condominium community to check the mailbox lock, replaced it, and provided me with new keys. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the Westside Post Office team. When I arrived, the staff (dark skin) refused to give me my package and lied that the delivery guy already deliver my package to my house. I got home and didn’t receive the package or the notification of second delivery attempt. I went back to the office again, met a different staff (light skin), and he brought me the package from inside the storage right away. USPS should investigate the staff here for lying and stealing my package.
