This location needs to fix their self service kiosk because the in person service is really bad. They don't know what they're doing and are rude

The hours are a lie. It can be 3pm on a weekday and say they're open until 7pm, but the counter area is closed and most of the kiosk features are disabled. Useless. Refund my taxes.

Just so tired of 1 hour long waits for a single employee to process a line of 10 people. The managers obviously don't help with the line and unless there is a complete lack of employees, it seems like they purposefully only have a single person at a time helping anyone. It is always awful and always embarassing that they have no shame about the absolute lack of service. Just close the location at this point.

Scheduled to get passport here. Nicholas called me an hour before letting me know he’d need to cancel it since their photo machine was broken but to go get a photo done elsewhere then come in during walk in hours on the weekend (as posted online). I came in and they told me they don’t do walk ins and the website is wrong. I explained the situation and their response was “guess you’ll need to go somewhere else”.

USPS in the Madison area is a complete joke… some days we don’t even get our mail. Or we don’t get it till 7-8 at night. They blame being “understaffed”. Or…. It’s that lazy work ethic of these people… do your job!
