- MXMax XDec 16, 20251.0Their staff is super rude. I was shipping a package with preprinted label and a male staff was helping me. He asked me something I didn’t quite catch but I said yes due to forced habit. (I am not an English native speaker) Then I realized and asked him to repeat, he said he asked me if I wanted to buy stamps. I was like, oh no I don’t really need it. Then this female staff (medium length dark hair) standing next to my counter was mocking the conversation:” Do you need stamps? No thank you. No I don’t need it, thank you though.” And then these two staff were laughing. I didn’t realized she was mocking me until I left the post office. I even said thank you to the staff in the end and gave them a smiley face on the customer service feedback. Shouldn’t have being nice to them. Terrible customer service. USPS really should retrain your people.
