I came to pick up a package that was being held. Online it told me to go to this address so I came before closing. They said it was not there and it was at another location which was closed. I would have to come back (already inconvenient since I had drove 30min to get here) and go to a different location to pick it up. I asked about the hours and the lady that helped me (cocoa) was rude and condescending. Overall not a good experience, I would recommend UPS if your trying to have a good experience.

This is the first time I've left a negative review on google map. Here is my story. I am new to USPS and needed help with shipping an item. During my visit, Angie was impatient and rude. When I asked her for guidance because I did not understand the package process, she simply pointed at the mailer shelf and told me to “figure it out” myself. After I selected the correct mailer, she made me line up again. When I returned, I explained that I did not want to waste mailers due to handwriting mistakes and hoped to enter the information accurately through the computer system. Angie told me that handwriting the shipping information was the only option. As a result, I had to leave the counter, manually rewrite everything, and queue again. Under her unclear and inconsistent guidance, I spent nearly an hour re-queuing. Each time I returned to her, the instructions were fragmented and difficult to understand. On my last interaction with Angie, I told her I needed a moment to compare shipping costs because eBay might offer a lower rate. Without any explanation, Angie suddenly took the two mailers containing the items I was preparing to send out of my hands. This made me feel both embarrassed and wrongfully accused. Her behavior made me feel as if she suspected me of trying to steal the bubble mailers. She detained my package without clearly explaining the process or communicating with me, even though I am a customer with language barriers and simply needed help. With the assistance of another employee, Ben, I finally learned that I could purchase a shipping label through eBay, select the correct mailer size, and then decide whether to ship. Angie not only showed a lack of willingness to help, but also demonstrated poor communication, limited knowledge, and a lack of professionalism. Again, I believe Angie is not a bad person, when her negative behavior bothered me, she may not have realized it. During my repeated re-queueing, I saw her maintain a fairly courteous demeanor with some customers, but unfortunately, that didn't include me. I believe she could have done better. Fortunately, under Ben’s introduction, I got a chance to share my experience via the QR code of the recipe and had the honor to spoke to Tricia, manager of this facility. I felt much better after all. Thank you so much, Ben & Tricia.
