Rude, condescending, disorganized, and inefficient are just some adjectives that come up when thinking "Milwaukee Street Post Office." My recent favorite is when the clerk told me she could not scan a QR code to generate shipping labels, a QR code generated by their own kiosk. I had to BEG her to just TRY. It worked, and the label printed immediately, but not before being made to feel like a complete moron (for being correct) and having to grovel to get a service I already paid for.
