- YMyona matusofNov 7, 20251.0I received a letter from USPS. I went with it to the hildalle location. Unfortunately, the teller didn't want to look at the letter. And she called the next person online. I went to a different post office, the matter was resolved in minutes.
- HMHannah MonjiOct 29, 20251.0The front desk employee in her late 30s to early 40s was rude to me from the start for no reason. She repeatedly cut me off, yelled and kept giving irrelevant repetitive answer instead of listening to my actual question. Her tone and body language were hostile. She yelled at me, sighed, air quoted, and acted visibly irritated in front of other customers even I only asked 2 questions and the total time was less than 5 minutes. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I hope she does a better job in the future for other customers

If the dropbox is full, you can place the package on the desk after scanning it at the kiosk. The staff here are friendly and move through the line as quickly as possible. There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot.
