    The employee who placed the prepaid label onto my package after they printed it folded the part of the label with the address info to the backside. they were going to put it inside of the clear label pouch without the address information showing. (I took it and refolded it). I know that all UPS needs is the barcode, but taking an extra second to fold it a little bit more cleanly would mean a lot to me so that if the driver has trouble finding it, they can see the phone number on the front, and so that the recipient can see who it came from. I know it's just another drop off, but I wish the staff would take a little more time with the prepaid labels.

    The lady in there was LOUD and OBNOXIOUS. Jeez. I have never seen someone yell at customers like that. Never going back.

    Shannon, the owner/operator, told me she is “not UPS, and could not help me”. Although I have a slip from UPS that tells me to go to this location for pick up, she was surly and unwilling to help.
