I dropped off an Amazon return at this UPS store. After two weeks it had no scans beyond being dropped off; it seems like it's still there. I went to the store to ask about it and they told me to call customer service. I told them I did and couldn't get a person, could they please look and see if they still had the package. They refused to look to see if they still had it and told me UPS doesn't always scan the packages they picked up, so it's the fault of UPS. I pointed out they are UPS and they insisted that the UPS store and UPS shipping are different, and had no responsibility for my lost package.
I understand it's entirely possible the package got picked up and they don't have it, but I don't know and they don't know without checking. They were obstinately unhelpful.

The employee who placed the prepaid label onto my package after they printed it folded the part of the label with the address info to the backside. they were going to put it inside of the clear label pouch without the address information showing. (I took it and refolded it).
I know that all UPS needs is the barcode, but taking an extra second to fold it a little bit more cleanly would mean a lot to me so that if the driver has trouble finding it, they can see the phone number on the front, and so that the recipient can see who it came from. I know it's just another drop off, but I wish the staff would take a little more time with the prepaid labels.

The lady in there was LOUD and OBNOXIOUS. Jeez. I have never seen someone yell at customers like that. Never going back.
