- HSHolly SealsFeb 19, 20261.0I came in last weekend to drop off a couple of Amazon returns. The UPS clerk told me that he couldn't give me a receipt. I assumed the return would show up in my Amazon account but it never did. I called UPS and talked to the manager, Jubilee. He was incredibly rude and condescending, said he would reprint the receipt yet refused to do so when I called to follow up. I don't know what is really going on at this UPS store but I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you don't do Amazon returns at this location. My return is just missing, no receipt given, no solution to the problem UPS caused and I am out close to $50

At the end of the day something that cost me $11 to ship at FedEx was quoted at over $50 from the ups store, and after discussing it several times they insisted this was not a mistake so I went to FedEx and it was $11. I would avoid these guys at all cost staff was rude and not knowledgeable.
