  rude employee. UPS shouldn’t hire people who have no basic civility. Stop with the silently pointing at the scale while you are already helping someone else - it’s confusing to everyone and didn’t save any time. Finish with your customer at hand. It’s rude. When you give my receipt to me silently while staring in the opposite direction (at nothing, just turning his head to avoid eye contact), it’s just weird. If your goal is to silently get through the day, avoiding all eye contact, and not saying any words to anyone (like literally in your own little world) you are in the wrong position. If you are like autistic or something maybe customer service is not the right job for you (it’s not right for us, your customers). Quit. God forbid you should say thank you. Maybe work up to that, starting with simpler words like “hello” or “here you go”.

  LEE!!! MY MAN LEE IN THE PRINTING CENTER IS THE BEST! He is so friendly, so good at his job, give this man a hefty raise. We use him for all of our business printing needs and he's NEVER let us down.
