The truck arrived within the delivery window, and I was notified with a phone call that they would be arriving in thirty minutes. The men who delivered my Peloton Tread were very professional, knowledgeable and speedy. Great delivery experience!

Phone support was pretty useless. Chat support though was awesome, and they got me rescheduled for what was actually a more convenient day for me less than a week later, and then the folks who delivered were nice and very competent, getting the washer and dryer down a hill to our first floor in 5 degree weather with hard packed snow on the ground.

However, they did not arrive until approximately 1.5 hours later. When they finally showed up, they appeared rushed and unsatisfied, said they were only dropping the unit off, did not check to see if it powered on, and left immediately. This was not the service I was expecting, especially after adjusting my schedule based on the communicated arrival time. I’d like this documented and would like to understand what the next steps are to ensure proper installation and verification. Thank you.
