- TFTommy FrankDec 11, 20251.0I have a package coming via FedEx from California. Everything was perfect up until it arrived in Madison. It has been out for delivery 5+ times and never delivered. Every day I watch the air tag that was placed in my package drive right past my house without stopping then returning to the depot at the end of the day. I checked with all my neighbors and they have been getting their FedEx packages without incident. I called to open a support ticket and they closed it claiming unsafe weather. So apparently I just have a cloud of bad weather above my house and my house only. They won’t even let me have it be held at a location near by for my to pickup. Still to this day I am waiting on my package to be delivered, I’ve made it to day 6 of the package being out of delivery but never delivered. Support has been completely useless and because it still gets sent out for delivery I can’t even report the package as missing to escalate the issue. Whenever I get a tracking number from FedEx I know it’s going to be a nightmare to actually get my package.

My best friend was leaving the country and I wanted to make her a special gift. One of the people who helped me out was Tim. I’m sure he went above and beyond to find the package and the driver (I don’t know his name, but I really want to mention him). He drove to me within 20 minutes after I got the call and apologized that the package wasn’t ready. Those people were so kind and I’m so grateful for their service.
