  Worst delivery service ever. Fedex is a joke. Completely incompetent. Order two day shipping, tracking says it's in my city two days later, and then suddenly for no reason it's halfway across the country and now it's delayed 3 days. HOW CAN YOU EVEN MAKE THAT MISTAKE? WORTHLESS!

  Employees are so helpful, but the issue is, why do i need to create an account to ship something with a return envelope? why not just pay for that in store and make life easier!! I went to USPS and they helped me with that in 5 minutes.

  Worst ship center ever. Their driver NEVER follows the instructions even after we submitted tickets to FedEx customer service.

  This package center has been holding my kids Christmas gifts since 12/26. I’ve been getting the run around with customer service. Told conflicting information. Finally given the location to pick up my packages 15 minutes before they close. This is not okay!!!!

  I have a package coming via FedEx from California. Everything was perfect up until it arrived in Madison. It has been out for delivery 5+ times and never delivered. Every day I watch the air tag that was placed in my package drive right past my house without stopping then returning to the depot at the end of the day. I checked with all my neighbors and they have been getting their FedEx packages without incident. I called to open a support ticket and they closed it claiming unsafe weather. So apparently I just have a cloud of bad weather above my house and my house only. They won’t even let me have it be held at a location near by for my to pickup. Still to this day I am waiting on my package to be delivered, I’ve made it to day 6 of the package being out of delivery but never delivered. Support has been completely useless and because it still gets sent out for delivery I can’t even report the package as missing to escalate the issue. Whenever I get a tracking number from FedEx I know it’s going to be a nightmare to actually get my package.
