The mattress was heavy, and he never once complained or rolled his eyes. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely wanted to help me solve the problem. The end result? The carrier accepted the return, and I received a full refund. I just wanted to acknowledge his kindness and professionalism, he made a stressful situation easy. FedEx: if you give spot bonuses, he deserves one!

Two times the driver never rang my apartment number to notify me that they arrived! All they did was leave a note! Monday comes and I still don’t have the laptop to start my new job! I went to three location and called FedEx for information and one guy, Jay, hung up on me because I asked for his manager! It’s been a complete nightmare!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!
