    Had a frustrating experience with using the scanner and the printer services on the printer. I was trying to scan something with multiple pages (around 20) but the scanner often froze after a couple of pages, so had to restart and break the work into different sections, person at the desk was not helpful during this process.

    Above & beyond service! I recently brought a boxed mattress return to FedEx. It was expensive, and the box had some damage (my fault) so I was nervous about the return being denied. An older gentleman at the store understood immediately, and without hesitation went out of his way to help. He repackaged it, reinforced the box, added protective materials - the whole nine yards. The mattress was heavy, and he never once complained or rolled his eyes. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely wanted to help me solve the problem. The end result? The carrier accepted the return, and I received a full refund. I just wanted to acknowledge his kindness and professionalism, he made a stressful situation easy. FedEx: if you give spot bonuses, he deserves one!

    Horrific service!!! I was supposed to receive a laptop on a Friday for a new job I was starting on Monday! Two times the driver never rang my apartment number to notify me that they arrived! All they did was leave a note! Monday comes and I still don’t have the laptop to start my new job! I went to three location and called FedEx for information and one guy, Jay, hung up on me because I asked for his manager! It’s been a complete nightmare!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!

    Return a walmart package here, and they told me to pay for 16 USD packaging fee, while it is only a 7 inch pot! I then contacted Walmart and they told that is the Fedex staff here to scam me. It is my first month to come to USA, most things come well here, but FedEx here gave me the worst experience.
