  Didn't had any difficulty returning my over 55lb couch from wayfair. It was all packed. They do have scanner and they print the label for me. Although it will be very convenient if office installs a Disable open door button at the doors. Because it is Friendly for Disables and also some one hauling a wider load can easily bring item inside without scratching its item sides. Over all Good Site. 👍

  Prompt and efficient. NO fighting with computers, printers, pick-up scheduling, etc. Boxes & packing available if needed. ... *NOT* a "drop-off" ... this is a *REAL* Shipping CENTER!!

  Never again will I patronize this store. We went to bring a snowblower to this store with label to return. He said youre going to have to buy a box big enough for your item, i asked if we could build a box with other boxes you supply, he said no. He steered us to a store which was closed. Then we went to U-haul and nice guy helped us with the box, we had to build one big enough to fit our return. We went back to Fed-Ex, the guy still wouldn't except it! He told us to go to the distribution center theyll pack it. We'll we went there, she said I dont know what the man was talking about. I called the 800 no. The person said theyll pick it up at our home location. Thank God! I said was the store supposed to take our package, he said absolutely! I said we'll he wouldn't. Look at all the crap we had to go through because of this fed ex employee! Im so pissed, I would give this store a zero if I could.The location was 3609 E. Washington Ave, Madison WI.

  I went in to return a package, the handler kept refusing my request and asked me to change it, went to another store and guess what? Perfectly fine.. About $15+ for a stupid box? Pathetic because I never touched their box which had been all banged up when I received it.

  A huge shout out to the employees of this FedEx location. I've had quite a few online print jobs that I've had printed here and I have to say, the customer service here is excellent. Not only are they extremely fast, they are even nice enough to call and let you know that your order is ready for pickup. They are friendly, though and make the process of picking up an order so easy. The online services offered are a wide range of print offerings and the prices are reasonable. In store there are work stations for customer use, along with greeting cards and calendars of different sizes. Overall, a great experience thanks to their employees.
