About $15+ for a stupid box? Pathetic because I never touched their box which had been all banged up when I received it.

I've had quite a few online print jobs that I've had printed here and I have to say, the customer service here is excellent. Not only are they extremely fast, they are even nice enough to call and let you know that your order is ready for pickup. They are friendly, though and make the process of picking up an order so easy. The online services offered are a wide range of print offerings and the prices are reasonable. In store there are work stations for customer use, along with greeting cards and calendars of different sizes. Overall, a great experience thanks to their employees.
