After ringing us up, they said we had to have an fedex account to do a return prepaid envelope. So we created ab account and restarted the process. This ended up taking over 30 minutes because they didn’t know what they were doing and had multiple issues with our request. We only paid for the first envelope and they said we would be charged when the return envelope was used and it would be the same price which was around $9. When we were actually billed, they charged us $40. We called to dispute this they gave some ridiculous answer saying that the $9 was with all the discounts and the $40 was the actual price. It shouldn’t cost $9 to get there and $40 to come back, it was the same weight and shipping timeframe (ground not urgent). They would not make it right when they clearly screwed up.

I over 4 times the cost it was to ship the same thing to them. After wasting my time getting to the bottom of it, they said it was because the original shipment had tons of discounts, but the second one had none. Deceptive is the only way to describe this business practice. This first price was expensive but reasonable. The return price was off the charts.

After that day, they charged my credit card and printed the label for shipment, I noticed some spelling errors. Upon request, they cancelled the $13.75 transaction and reran the whole thing and charged me $16. After this day, I received four invoices asking me to pay for the cancelled transaction indicating some strong next steps. I have made several calls to the mineral point office and 1-800 number. They are very unhelpful and I keep getting this invoice. This took a lot of time.
