- VSViji S5 days ago1.0I went to fedex at mineral point road, Madison, WI on Oct 17th to send a package. After that day, they charged my credit card and printed the label for shipment, I noticed some spelling errors. Upon request, they cancelled the $13.75 transaction and reran the whole thing and charged me $16. After this day, I received four invoices asking me to pay for the cancelled transaction indicating some strong next steps. I have made several calls to the mineral point office and 1-800 number. They are very unhelpful and I keep getting this invoice. This took a lot of time.
- KSKatie Sabin6 days ago5.0I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive about this place after checking out the reviews, but had to use FedEx because of an account with them. I went in around 1pm with a lot of big equipment that needed to get shipped. They were immediately helpful, kind, and made the process extremely painless. It was a great relief to have this all taken care of without a bunch of B.S. Maybe it was the time of day when I went in or things have made a turn for the better at this store, but I would definitely not shy away from using this location. Thank you to the team that helped me out yesterday!

The whole store has a systemic nasty attitude towards patrons and it has nothing to do w race as so many reviews noted here (I'm white and always get rude and crappy service here). Unfortunately this is the only FedEx store on the west side.
