We received shipment notification about delays so we visit the facility face to face. At first, the Rep was friendly and stated no matter what the site states, the item will be delivered later that day. An hour later I receive a voice mail that there is a duty issue and we needed to contact customs because there is a $15.09 fee due. 15 minutes later receive a text message from the same gentlemen to disregard that message everything was fine. Fast forward 2 hours another phone call that there is a fee due and that we need to go into the web site to pay it. Tried that, nothing shows up. Called him back and he gives us the number to call DHL. Good luck with that. It goes nowhere (after trying for over 2 hours). Call back and he tells us again to log into the website again. I ask him to log in as if he is us and show us where, he comments that he cannot find it either. By this point it has proven to be more work than it's worth, but we would like our mats so he tells us we have to drive to Milwaukee where the mats are. He says they have no inbound phone number. 😞 So take a half of day off of work the very next morning and drive to Milwaukee where we found an amazing staff-very helpful and knowledgeable to say the least. And what do they find out, there never was a duty due, and the item is in Madison where we were and they just need to find a driver to deliver them. Again, DHL in Madison is a NIGHTMARE!
