  Working with Action Coach Dane County for the past 9 months or so has been a game changer for me. Amy has been a fantastic guide and teacher while taking their succession planning course. The two biggest values I’ve gotten are clarity and accountability. They’ve helped me think and act with the end in mind, which has completely shifted how I approach each week. And the accountability piece has been huge, it keeps me focused, consistent, and actually following through on the plans we create. The experience has been both challenging and encouraging, and I truly feel like I’m running my business with more purpose and confidence. Highly recommend to any business owner who wants to grow with structure and clarity.
