- JWJake WeirDec 6, 20211.0Cindy Rost is a C***. Opened my package and then sent it to the wrong address. Proceeded to say it was my fault and charge me for sending a CD. When I got in touch with them she proceeded to tell me to “use another carrier.” And then wouldn’t give me any information on my last package. Don’t go to this office AWFUL staff. Lost $80 because of this office. Package went through 6 other offices no problem but this POS had to OPEN UP MY PACKAGE!! ITS A DISK!!
