The clerk I spoke with the morning of 12/16 was a huge help finding her package and making sure it got sent out with all the correct info the next day, all during the busiest season of the year! Much appreciated, and the nod to old-fashioned customer service was really refreshing.

The bell to ring for service is not obvious and even when it's pressed it took a few minutes for them to stop their conversation and come to the desk. Will avoid from now on.
