- UTUp TownDec 6, 20255.0I can't speak for other Post Office. But here in leak, Geneva Wisconsin, our postal service is excellent. They're very helpful when you walk through the window. They ask you if you don't know what to do. And how to do it? They will inform you step-by-step very patient with you. So be kind to them when you walk through the window. They're under a lot of stress. Sometimes, you know, so be nice. I was shipping a package to a well that doesn't matter. And I had to put it in a different box. Now I thought I secured it properly in the box that I had it in, but a pond delivery. It was fragile and everything in it was broken now. It's not the postal service's fault. I don't know whose fault it is. But lucky for me, I had an insurance on it. So I do recommend getting insurance. If you're shipping stuff on the flip side of that, you have to have your receipt. And the item in question Because you have to show them that everything's broken. So if someone receives it and is broken and they tossed it well, so is your insurance. So keep the receipt, keep the item in question. You'd be refunded. I think, pretty sure, you should be.

Outside bag was tore, inside the cookie box was tore open and cookies fell out. I don’t think it’s Amazon. It’s USPS that doesn’t want to take the time drive up my driveway. Delivered on November 8th and opened yesterday.

They always give good options when it comes to prices and will inform you if you're taking an unnecessary expensive route. Love being serviced by Ken. Super friendly always has something positive or humorous to say. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rachel is also excellent of mail delivery in our downtown district. Brightens up everyone's day! Great job Lake Geneva Post Office and thank you for all that you do.
- JHJames HarrisJul 3, 20155.0I have never once had an unpleasant experience here. The employees go above and beyond. Always willing to let the 5 minute late customer in even after doors are locked. Always helpful in finding you ways to save money. I am here usually at least twice a week and no everybody by name now. It's great! A stamp machine ( they used to have one ) would be a nice feature but not by any means a deal breaker!
