I wish they would have better hours for the front desk so that people that work can get packages without having to wait till Saturday. My only complaint would be how the Reedsburg post office screws everything up. Some place won't mail to PO Boxes so I have to send it to my physical address. The lady in la Valle understands this and if it gets to her she puts it in my box. But most the time the Reedsburg office stops it and if I didn't keep an eye on the tracking number they will return it to sender. Reedsburg office also marks my packages as delivered (la valle) but when I go to pick it up it's not there. It's still in Reedsburg.
