I don’t visit this store frequently, so I was surprised by my experience. When I walked in around 8:15 AM, I noticed that the counter was closed. An employee named Brock was setting up the sign in the hallway. I greeted him and politely asked what time the counter would open. Unfortunately, he rudely responded, "We open at the time we always open," and walked away angrily. Since I don’t come here every day, I found this response completely unprofessional. Later, when the counter finally opened and it was my turn in line, I approached Brock. He immediately directed me to use the next window and said, "Excuse me, I'm busy." He then told me to wait in line again for the next available employee. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I was on the verge of losing my patience. All I wanted was basic customer service, which is clearly lacking in this establishment. This is something they definitely need to improve.

- RBRobert BilbyJan 2, 20225.0The city of La Crosse US postal service does an outstanding job of handling a great deal of mail. The staff at the post office is well-informed, helpful, and friendly. Those who deliver to our neighborhood also do a great job. I have sent packages to various states near and far many times over the years and never has the USPS messed up a delivery. From what I have read compared to mail delivery in European countries the USPS is both more efficient and less expensive. If there is an occasional mistake, I suggest that we consider the thousands of times over the years that the work is error-free, and have a little gratitude.
