I don’t visit this store frequently, so I was surprised by my experience. When I walked in around 8:15 AM, I noticed that the counter was closed. An employee named Brock was setting up the sign in the hallway. I greeted him and politely asked what time the counter would open. Unfortunately, he rudely responded, "We open at the time we always open," and walked away angrily. Since I don’t come here every day, I found this response completely unprofessional. Later, when the counter finally opened and it was my turn in line, I approached Brock. He immediately directed me to use the next window and said, "Excuse me, I'm busy." He then told me to wait in line again for the next available employee. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I was on the verge of losing my patience. All I wanted was basic customer service, which is clearly lacking in this establishment. This is something they definitely need to improve.

I have been home all day and no one has attempted to deliver a package. My house is quite small and my living room couch is in front of a big window next to the front door. I would have noticed if anyone tried to delivery anything.
