I had to return a package from Amazon and, while there are kiosks, sometimes you have to ship something differently. I hate doing returns here—I dread coming every time because I KNOW it’ll be unpleasant. The man helping seemed so unhappy and didn’t hide it. He acted like helping someone was such a bother.
