    I wish Amazon had a different option for free returns besides UPS. Every time I come here—which isn’t often, I’ve only returned maybe 5 items ever—the guy at the desk (dark hair, maybe 5’11) is so rude. He really needs a different job. Maybe one where he doesn’t have to talk to people. He’ll ask a question really fast like I’m supposed to understand what he’s saying, “y’see’f’that?” Pardon me? “y’see’f’that?” (still working it out)… “a receipt?” “Do I HAVE a receipt?” Thinking he wants me to show a return request or something so I start to pull my phone out. “No! A receipt! For when it’s dropped off!” Oh. “No thanks.” I honestly don’t even know if I wanted one. I just wanted to get out of there by then. He grabs the box and scans it. I have no idea if he needs anything else from me. He said, “that’s it.” Oh. Ok. I turned and left. This was early in the morning and it wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure what was in his craw. All he had to do was say, “Good morning! How can I help you today?” “I need to return this to Amazon.” “Ok. Do you need a receipt?” “Um, I don’t think so, thanks.” “Ok! We’ll get it out then! You’re good to go!” “Ok thank you!” “Yep! Have a good day.” “Thanks! You too!” How difficult is that to make someone not feel like not only an idiot, but just crappy after coming off a long overnight shift? I see in previous review posts people have complained about rudeness at this store—months ago—the store owner responds but clearly nothing is being done about it.

    I wish I had kind things to say about this store, but every single time I have been there has been negative. The staff is rude and seem to hate working there. In the past I’ve tried to be understanding, because I imagine it is difficult handling Amazon returns all day, but my experience today is the last straw. I had three returns - one pre-labeled ready to good, one that was no box, print label at kiosk, and one that I’d never experience “customer box, no label”. I took care of my first two returns then waited in line for clarification on the third and received terrible customer service from the young man at the counter. He was rude and apparently couldn’t believe that I didn’t know what I was supposed to do for the return; even saying “can’t you read right there that the CUSTOMER is supposed to box.” I tried explain my confusion, because there wasn’t a label with it which hadn’t ever happened for my boxed up returns before and he replied with attitude saying “well yeah that’s because we print it.” I finished my return and get out there as quickly as possible.

    Never has any issues with the staff. Bad reviews are from those not familiar with shipping. Know what you need before you get in line! As a business owner, they provide me with my shipping needs.

    Went there Saturday before they close at 3pm they did not have a sign up saying cash only first of all . I had to pay for a box ok fine I asked for my package to be boxed in front of me they told me no . And that no one will steal my package . Had another guest even look at me when I was told no . I didn't have a card on me as I knew that they took cash . This Saturday the girl said well hey if u have direct cash I will use my card only if you can box her item in front of her the dude than said yea he will . I am an African American women and the women that used her card after I gave her cash was not color . I will not be going to that store at all . I needed them shipped that day or else they would have never got my business and for the owner she an older white lady . Please reframe from using them even for an Amazon return . Long lines . Very loud music not store or holiday appropriate.
