She also made rude comments about how she would charge more because she thinks I didint measure the box and my pre paid label was wrong. This will likely be my last time using USPS as this is not the first time it's happened.

- NENathaniel EricksonOct 6, 20251.0Avoid at all costs. Much better off going to Hwy E Post office or Pleasant Prairie location, even if it’s a little out of the way. For starters, the line is usually out the door. A couple of times, when having to deal with the manager/supervisor at this location for slightly more complicated issues such as intercepting a package, the incompetency is very obvious and almost laughable. It’s not difficult to see why this place runs so poorly after dealing with the person who runs it. I’ve been to every post office in town dozens of times each and would give 5 stars to both of the other ones. The only reason this location deserves even a single star is that some of the staff is great and the building is old and unique/cool.
