Awful, they’ve had my package for 7 days now. Won’t deliver it. Won’t take it off route for me to pick up, when I’ve requested to do so. Haven’t gotten mail in 8 days. There terrible

Avoid at all costs. Much better off going to Hwy E Post office or Pleasant Prairie location, even if it’s a little out of the way.
For starters, the line is usually out the door.
A couple of times, when having to deal with the manager/supervisor at this location for slightly more complicated issues such as intercepting a package, the incompetency is very obvious and almost laughable. It’s not difficult to see why this place runs so poorly after dealing with the person who runs it.
I’ve been to every post office in town dozens of times each and would give 5 stars to both of the other ones.
The only reason this location deserves even a single star is that some of the staff is great and the building is old and unique/cool.

Never go to this location. Go to the one in Pleasant Prairie. This place will let you stand in line for 30 minutes, not acknowledge your existence once, while at the same time teaching adults how addresses work. Also, get someone who speaks Spanish. Half your customers are Spanish speakers and you don’t have one person on staff to speak Spanish with them? No wonder the line is always out the door. If you have nothing but time on your hands and love waiting in line, this is the post office for you.

Absolutely horrible! I was told by my tracking that I received my package when I never did so I contacted the post office like the website told me to first. I had to call 3 times in order for someone to pick up, and when they did, they were busy so they asked for my number and said theyd call me back later. In which they never did. Day 2, called them again, they asked for my address and my tracking number and so I gave it to them. Was told to wait a moment, waited 5 min and then I get hung up on and never heard from them again. I'm very pissed that they wouldn't give me an answer or response. Worst post office.
