Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. The lady at the counter was making rude comments about the items I was shipping, and made fun of the other people standing in line while they were only a few feet away. She also made rude comments about how she would charge more because she thinks I didint measure the box and my pre paid label was wrong. This will likely be my last time using USPS as this is not the first time it's happened.

Awful, they’ve had my package for 7 days now. Won’t deliver it. Won’t take it off route for me to pick up, when I’ve requested to do so. Haven’t gotten mail in 8 days. There terrible

Avoid at all costs. Much better off going to Hwy E Post office or Pleasant Prairie location, even if it’s a little out of the way. For starters, the line is usually out the door. A couple of times, when having to deal with the manager/supervisor at this location for slightly more complicated issues such as intercepting a package, the incompetency is very obvious and almost laughable. It’s not difficult to see why this place runs so poorly after dealing with the person who runs it. I’ve been to every post office in town dozens of times each and would give 5 stars to both of the other ones. The only reason this location deserves even a single star is that some of the staff is great and the building is old and unique/cool.

Never mail from this location. Worse place ever. I mailed invitations out from this location. All the invites were clearly dropped in a puddle, missing labels, or never got delivered or returned to sender. I complained and ask for some type of reimbursement due to all the invites being over $100. They said they can't know it happened at their post office even though all the invites went to different locations and there's nothing they can do. They denied responsibility for everything and everything. Also received conflicting stories from two different people. This post office damages mail and takes no responsibility everyone there should be fired
