The employees at the counter seem to take a great deal of pride in being hostile and rude and take a special pleasure in being extra extra unhelpful!

The employee completely ignored us when we came in so not surprised we received again. Returned again to a different employee and received the same rude/ignoring behavior.

I called to address the issue and the manager was quite rude and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain the issue. It seemed like he didn't even care about our issue at all. We're missing our wedding photos, credit card, bills, and for all we know, they could be anywhere.

Always willing to help me find the best, cheapest, safest way to ship things! Also, they will tape up a package for you, other post offices I went to in Greenleaf, Wrightstown and others wanted to sell me a whole roll of packaging tape when I needed just one piece for a package!
