- DSDarly Cuellar BD Shop ShopApr 6, 20261.0I called to get some information and assistance with something I needed, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The person who answered the phone spoke in a very rude and uninterested manner from the beginning. While I was trying to explain my situation, she interrupted me, gave her opinion, and did not allow me to ask any further questions. The call felt rushed and unhelpful, as if my concerns did not matter at all. I strongly suggest that management pays closer attention to the customer service their employees provide. No customer should be treated this way when simply asking for help.

Unbelievable and only creates more stress for us trying to use the mail services provided to US citizens.
