Very important package I needed to send to a customer last minute. Needed to ship to a resort which can always be interesting. Two managers stepped in, giving me advice on how to get it there, how to make sure it doesn’t get lost at the resort and how to make it as cost effective as possible. Package arrived on time to the recipient and made their day. The employees at the store are knowledgeable and always working hard!

I needed to ship frozen food for the first time ever and i dont know what to do or where to start. I understand they are not a "packaging" center after speaking to her manager, however you still need be able to inform and direct individuals who need it. So I drive around the corner to UPS it was the complete opposite service. The man working in packaging was extremely informative and knowledgeable, therefore gaining my business just like that! Just do your job, and make your life easier 🤦🏽♂️ so thanks UPS!
