- BHBarabara HankeJan 1, 20225.0The staff at the Jackson Post Office are nothing short of AMAZING! Always happy & friendly no matter how busy they are & most importantly, they know their customers. A special thank you to Colleen for special handling my medication after a mix up with our forwarding. She saw it come in, knew we were already at our temporary out of state location & packaged it up with one other item & sent it to me along with a note of explaination & a Christmas greeting to us & our family. She is truly a keeper & deserves recognition. This is why I support my Post Office. I can go anywhere to buy stamps or ship something but the service isn't the same as what I always get at the Jackson Post Office.
- AGAndrew GaugerDec 17, 20173.0Generally a good post office (there are few in my experience)... they are easily discombobulated when busy (often) and don't call people from the back when lines are forming. You have to wait in the main line to get specialty stamps... Bummer around holidays!

I don't say this lightly, if it were not for their understanding without judgement concerning "real negative challenges" with a near by post office...I don't know how many of us here would have faired!
