- SRSnow Ryder1 day ago1.0Absolutely unbelievably terrible service. I have a tracking number and they can't tell me where my package is. They shattered the last package I had ordered. I'm here trying to figure out which distribution center in my package is at so that I can go pick up my stuff and the lady supervisor was super rude and short and clearly hated her life and was taking out her anger on me. What an unbelievably pathetic experience. Really erodes my trust for the USPS. I previously had a five-star review on this location and I've changed it to this. My package has been in limbo for weeks and that's not your particular location's fault, but I wanted to go pick it up from the St Paul distribution Network and there's three different distribution networks. I just need to know which one it's at. You're telling me with my tracking number you can't find that information? Yeah I don't believe that one bit. You guys are jokes. And if my package comes shattered again I will be taking legal action.

I sent a package from the USA to Italy, but it first went to the UK, then to Japan (how it ended up in Japan when it was supposed to go to Europe is beyond me), then back to the UK, and now I have no idea where it is. It’s been going in circles for over a month, stayed two weeks in the US, and then traveled all over the world. Tracking still shows nothing helpful, and every time I contact the international department, the employees just say, “We don’t know.” Completely unacceptable. Terrible service, terrible staff, and a total nightmare for international shipping.

My dad lost the mail key, no problem me ordering a new one and paying $40 without ID or paperwork, but when I go back to get their mail, the clerk was rude, abrupt and would not let me explain or show her POA paperwork. We have mail sitting there for weeks. No empathy or patience. I have better service at the downtown St. Paul post office than suburban Hudson office.
