My dad lost the mail key, no problem me ordering a new one and paying $40 without ID or paperwork, but when I go back to get their mail, the clerk was rude, abrupt and would not let me explain or show her POA paperwork. We have mail sitting there for weeks. No empathy or patience. I have better service at the downtown St. Paul post office than suburban Hudson office.

- CBChristopher BurtonSep 29, 20252.0Clerk took it upon himself to hit print receipt before i could hit email receipt and i really dont appreciate that as I paid to send documents for business and now have yo enter tracking manually, i will personally have to use it in court so now i get to take a picture of the receipt and print off 3 whole photos rather than 3 text documents (ton of ink and looks unprofessional) as well as not have it in my usps sender file online. Also he gave himself a review for me on the keypad which if represented to the public carries a fine of over $51,000 per occurance. You could say i'm being extra but idc dont go hitting print receipt for me before i can hit email.

This was an accident! Michelle did amazing work! Very excellent customer service! I'm so sorry I dropped the pen on the thing! Five star service highly recommend!!!!

We were supposed to receive it within the week. It has been nearly a week over it was due to arrive and still nothing. My roommate went to the post office to ask about it the day after it should have been here AT THE LATEST and they said they hadn't even started any key copies yet!!! Seriously!? People have a right to their mail. It isn't our fault that the previous morons lost their key and decided not to pay for a replacement. I have not been able to check my mail in almost a month... This is ridiculous.
