  I recently used my FedEx account to ship three packages through this location, utilizing their “Pack and Ship” service because I didn’t have a box large enough for one of the items. I spent $235 to ship these three packages—two going to one destination and the third to another. A week later, I received a call from the recipient asking why they had received a package that was not intended for them. After some investigation, I discovered that instead of properly packaging and shipping the items, the employee—Gary/Greg (unsure of his exact name, but his badge indicated employment since 2007)—set the unpackaged items aside and later mixed them up, resulting in two packages being sent to the wrong locations. Because this was part of a business transaction, the error had immediate consequences. I was forced to overnight a replacement package from another FedEx facility at a cost of $185, and even then, the shipment is now going to arrive late. Not only did I lose product, but I also had to spend an additional—and entirely unnecessary—amount of money to attempt to fix an error that was not mine. When I returned to this FedEx location the following day to address the issue, I was again met by the same employee. He offered no acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, he simply told me to “contact shipping,” handed me a phone number, and sent me on my way. As a small nonprofit organization, our budget is incredibly limited. Being out this much money due to an error made by a FedEx employee is unacceptable and deeply frustrating. The complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service only made the situation worse. I will not be utilizing this FedEx location again, and I strongly encourage others to use extreme caution when shipping from here. This experience was beyond unprofessional and entirely avoidable.

  Absolutely terrible customer service I’ve called the claims department 4 times and I still don’t have my claim figured out. I had a package getting picked up for return the FedEx driver said it was to heavy and did not pick it up between the scheduled time. FedEx was the one that delivered the same package!!! It then rained at 3:30 and my entire package is ruined. Nobody will help me.

  These guys work hard to get your prints done fast and accurately. They have wildly impressive turnaround times that routinely surpass their estimates. Never had any kind of problem with shipping here either. Solid customer service, reliable service, and it’s always very clean.
