Never had any kind of problem with shipping here either. Solid customer service, reliable service, and it’s always very clean.
- SISakura IchigoOct 24, 20241.0I didn’t realize you needed to pay $5 to print 1 sheet of paper. If I knew this I would have not gone here. The whole process of printing one sheet of paper is hard at first because you have to read through lots of instructions just to find what you’re looking for. If I’m in a hurry I don’t want to have to spend 15min looking for how to print one piece of paper. And also having to pay $5 for FedEx to hold my money for the next time I’m going to be using the printer again.

I stop (correction, USED to stop) at this FedEx in Hudson to print out materials from a flash drive in preparation for this course solely out of convenience. I came in today, only to be met by the most obnoxiously condescending FedEx employee I’ve ever encountered. After 12 years of interaction with FedEx, that says a lot. Not only did he waive me off to take care of customers who came into the store after me (“I’ve got to take care of that guy” he says, pointing to some dude who literally hadn’t even put both feet into the store) he then proceeded to tell me that I could use the self print kiosk to do something I knew was impossible (print out PowerPoint slides—with notes—in color). I was then unceremoniously waived off to a colleague who then proceeded to watch me as the kiosk failed to print anything. I ended up leaving, hoping that the level of ineptitude here won’t be repeated at the FedEx shop in Eau Claire since they’re my last option this evening. Never again will I step foot in this store, and I will assuredly implore that any of my colleagues affiliated with the university follow suit. Horrid service. Inexcusably horrid service.
