Instead of placing it on the counter, she kind of tossed it at me and grunted some remark. How unprofessional. I mentioned it to my husband who was waiting in the car. He had stopped by a few days prior and said she was rude to him as well. It's not hard to be kind.

- DMDavid MartinoJul 26, 20255.0My wife and I have nothing but praise for the Hayward Post Office. We moved here 3 plus years ago from rural southeast MN. We only have a PO Box. We were not sure how our online purchases were going to be delivered. It's has never been a problem. Not once, and I credit the Hayward post office workers. Most are friendly and hard working. We have not had a bad experience and if we had a little inconvenience, it would not be a big deal. More to life than crabbing at postal workers.
