Sometimes you have to pick it up yourself which sucks or today, I got notified my packages were being returned. Who is the postmaster? Terrible place

When I go to the post office they are unable to help me. The delivery person has been delivering to the wrong address. The house number is the same but it will be delivered to a completely different street name. Incompetent!

Instead of placing it on the counter, she kind of tossed it at me and grunted some remark. How unprofessional. I mentioned it to my husband who was waiting in the car. He had stopped by a few days prior and said she was rude to him as well. It's not hard to be kind.
