- DWDenise W.Sep 22, 20252.0Very dissappointed. I mailed an envelope and a box out to the same address in NY. on 09/15. The estimated delivery was 09/18/25, per the post office. The envelope was delivered to its destination on the 18th, however, the box is still in transit and has not been delivered as of today 09/22. I will no longer be utilizing USPS. When you attempt to call, everything is completely automated. Lesson learned.
- AWalex wendtJun 8, 20191.0Very disappointed staff was extremely rude they lost an important letter I mailed out there and didn’t want to put any effort in to help in any way not even take my information so if they did find it they could contact me if ur mailing important stuff even if it’s certified go through another post office they don’t seem to care at all here and are just rude maybe some of the workers there are good but not the ones I dealt with

Now my utility check will be late because apparently the mail attendant didn't see the big flag up with a check going out. Instead they left my check in the mail, left the flag up and put new mail (not mine again!) on top of it. Very disappointed and annoyed with the service in Hartford.
