We went on vacation in May. Put a hold on our mail. Released gold and got a small pile of mail. Fast forward to mid July. Carrier comes to the house with a whole tote of letters n packages and an excuse about our mail being “put on the wrong shelf”, nobody noticing, then being “found”… ???
- KBKaylee BoldtOct 24, 20201.0We’ve had so many issues with the post office/mail carriers. After years of dissatisfied service, we have now had multiple conversations and nothing has changed. In the last few weeks, we have had multiple packages “out for delivery” that are never delivered and for absolutely no reason. It’s very frustrating. We also own a business and ship packages through USPS, and sometimes they don’t pick up the packages which delays the ordering costumers from getting them on time, not okay. The mail carriers we have dealt with have all been unpleasant and seem to dislike their job and not care. Very disappointing and things need to change.
