    Dropped a package off and staff scanned it in as delivered. For some reason in 2026 - FedEx can not figure out how to track a package. Both staff at this location and FedEx customer support are 100% useless. If you have an eBay business be aware that if FedEx loses a package (and you printed the label off eBay) they will do absolutely zero to help and you as a small business owner will have to eat the cost. You will lose your product and your money. Zero accountability for big business and customer service is an afterthought in a world of dog eat dog capitalism. Just poor all the way around. That's my rant

    Shipped 5 large boxes with your company. The contents of one box was repacked by your people in a smaller box and the 60 vhs and dvds were missing. I tried calling your complaint dept. with no help to me. I will never use your services again and will be telling ppl and posting it online about your trouble service. I also want you to reimburse me for the stolen videos. I payed $200.00 to ship them and the videos are worth $600.00. That’s $800.00 down the drain that you owe me.

    Here is how my cake arrived for my daughter’s birthday birthday who lives out of state. I stressed to the store manager that the box needed to stay upright because I was worried about her not getting her cake in one piece but I didn’t expect this at all. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I should have just sent it through USPS instead of putting the extra care and money into trying to send it a “better” way.

    I came by to print a few things off. I figured I'd be in and out, usually a trip like this takes 5 minutes. First, it smelled like elderly urine in there. As if an older person had wet their pants and remained in store. It was such a nasty odor. Second, I was made to email all documents I wanted to print off to some FedEx email address and then was told "check your phone!" for a code. Wha-? Why? This was a HASSLE, in every sense of the word. I usually log right on, log into my email, print off what I need, and log off. These extra hoops and codes and phone checking cost me 20 additional minutes because none of the codes were being recognized. I ended up having to (wait for it!) log into my email account, print off what I need, and log off. Gee .. imagine if they had just allowed the customer to do what they came in there for to begin with. Will not be returning.

    I'd give this location less than one star if I could. I was just in last week to ship a box, and the attendant was very nice and provided me with a couple of sleeves for my labels. Everything was created and ready, all they had to do was scan it. I received the box returned BACK to me with my label torn out, and the sleeve empty. Checking the tracking, it was NEVER scanned. This was a re-used box from a vendor of mine and there was a small label on one corner that they must have scanned instead. Let me be clear - it was blatantly obvious that the label I affixed was the one to scan. It is enormous. It took up an entire side of the box. Plus, I had another box right next to it that they DID scan the same exact big label. So why, why why on earth did they rip out my label and try to scan something else? I surely will never visit here again, I'd like to thank FedEx for delaying our projects once again.
