- HHHadley HansenOct 29, 20251.0They did not deliver my mail and marked my address as vacant when it is not. Then they did not hold my package at the center they immediately sent it back to the shipper in a different state. The front desk lady did nothing to help with this issue and stated it was my fault the packages wasn’t delivered correctly like that makes any sense? Completely unprofessional and frustrating.

- JJJennyJul 1, 20251.0Obviously they have a leadership issue at this post office. I have had to email about my mail not getting delivered more than a few times. The extremely rude woman who called me said it was an issue with the sorting center. I kept telling her that it makes no sense because I never had this issue when living at my place in De Pere. The mail all comes from the same sorting center. She eventually hung up on me. Real mature! It's an Issue with this post office, not the sorting center. They don't care because they know they won't get fired. It's as simple as that.

I left my number and my email with them and I never got a response back. I’ve called them approximately eight times today and I’ve gotten no response. There was one time where somebody picked up the phone and then hung up right away. This package is for Fourth of July and I need this and I’m going out of town on the third. It’s not something that is every day stuff. It’s special items for the Fourth of July and they know and told me that they know where the package is and have yet to retrieve it and bring it to my house
