  Schedule a pickup for an item I purchased from eBay since they kept trying to deliver it when I wasn’t home and apparently they need a signature for an item that cost like then $100 lol went to go pick up my item the clerk can’t find it apparently it might be with the carrier? So what’s the point of scheduling a pickup if your not gonna have the item ready to be picked up kind stupid if you ask me

  I would have given ZERO stars if that was an option. I purchased an item from someone on eBay who uses this post office. The seller claimed to have handed a pre-paid label parcel to a mail carrier he wasn't familiar with. The seller had a good track record on eBay so I believe the seller did hand off the package - the seller SHOULD have gone directly to the post office. Apparently, this mail carrier NEVER scanned in the item - I have since learned the carriers are under NO obligation to scan items they pick up from customers. Because it wasn't scanned by the carrier, and apparently never scanned at this post office, the paid-for package DISAPPEARED. It was likely stolen by someone in the postal system. The clerk at this post office never bothered to answer his phone for three days. I received a call ONLY because I had filed a complaint higher up the food chain in the USPS. PAY ATTENTION: if an item is taken into the USPS system and not scanned, there is NOTHING they can do to try to locate the package. The postal service has no way of tracking an unscanned item, and the carriers who pick up parcels ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SCAN THE PACKAGES THEY ACCEPT. Unless you can prove you handed off a parcel to a carrier you have ZERO recourse if it wasn't scanned in and can't be located. Imagine an Amazon driver pulling something like this - it would NEVER happen. I don't know what passes for competence out of this post office, but if you're going to ship something do NOT rely on the carrier to DO THEIR JOB.

  They did not deliver my mail and marked my address as vacant when it is not. Then they did not hold my package at the center they immediately sent it back to the shipper in a different state. The front desk lady did nothing to help with this issue and stated it was my fault the packages wasn’t delivered correctly like that makes any sense? Completely unprofessional and frustrating.
