I ordered my package on the 26th of September and the estimated date was October 3rd. It is now October 7th and I even had FIRST CLASS SHIPPING. Second thing I want to add, is that when you try calling them, they won't answer no matter what. They say they're busy helping other customers on the line, but that's not true there's no way I should have to wait an hour to talk to someone. Plus their automated system is just awful. How can people be bad at what they SPECIALIZE in. It's like a gas station having no gas.
