  I have been to this location multiple times. The team is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. At my last visit, my friend had a difficult personal situation and Leticia helped us. On top of it a package was not finished processing and was moved. They were still able to locate it quickly. I really appreciate Leticia 's diligence and heartfelt care. Thank you, Simone

  This location is very busy, especially with Amazon returns, but they handle it like pros. They all work hard, stay organized, and are always friendly even when they are clearly swamped. It’s not easy dealing with that volume, but they do it with a smile. If you stop in and see a long line, please be patient and show them a little understanding. They’re handling a heavy workload, and they deserve credit for how well they keep things moving. Thank you!

  Leticia went above and beyond to figure out how to print a return label so that I did not need to make a return trip. She came up with a creative solution and did not give up. Exceptional customer service. Thank you!

  I am just wondering if this particular ups location, is just under staffed, poorly managed, under equipped or all three. It seems that they literally thrive on it being chaotic as all possible within that store. Often times only having one working terminal some how. I cannot believe a company with a corporate team like ups hasn’t found a way to improve their system. I dread coming here. Will actively go out of my way to go across town where I never experience these issues. I really hope someone wakes up and realizes how terrible this place is

  I had a disappointing experience at the Military Avenue location today. According to your posted hours - open until 3:00pm, I should have been able to conduct business at 2:57 pm, but I was told it was past the "cutoff time". Dropping off a package that was already boxed and labeled shouldn't have been an issue. I've never had any problems at this location until today. The female staff member at the door was quite rude, didn't wear a uniform or name tag indicating they even work there, and didn't provide any clarification on the cutoff policy. I suggest revising your hours to include a cutoff time to avoid similar issues if this is how you operate now.
