- GWGregory WebbJan 26, 20261.0I'm not gonna say names but I spoke to a man on the phone cuz I was scheduled for a job the next day and my vehicle was down at the time. I told him I'm trying to make arrangements for a ride and if I wasn't able to find a ride by the end of people ready work day at the branch, I would give them a call and let them know. He then says, "you obviously don't know how the system works. That's not how we do things here." I tried to explain to him what I meant and he just kept on interrupting me and being rude. And I have heard similar stories from other clients about this individual. I run on respect. In order to get it, you have to give it.

I asked if they still had daily pay and the rude little man behind the counter was rude, condescending, and judgemental. His response was we got rid of daily pay 15 years ago cuz it wasn't worth the headache and yes we had alot of people the wanted to work but only so they could get alcohol and cigarettes and gas money. I asked if they had any positions now and he said its Christmas.... i said Christmas is 3 weeks away. I was hoping to make some money before then in the meantime......he said thats the mindset of a poor person. And he said " I only wanna work so I can get Christmas presents cuz im poor and I have no money" ......people like him shouldn't have a job
