The other day I dropped a package off and when it arrived at the destination I got a call that the box was damaged and the contents where also damaged. The box contained turkey feathers that I was going to turn into feather art. When he called me he said the box was all beat up and he doesn't know if he will be able to save it. Maybe train your employees to treat stuff like it is there own and not just throw stuff around without a care people ship important stuff. This was being done to preserve a memory.
