    After going to a competitor who seemed to have no interest in my needs, was more expensive, and needed over 24hours to complete my printing project I decided to go to PostNet. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling staff who was happy to serve me. Within an hour the project was completed and cost less. Outstanding service! The next time you are considering going to a big box store go to PostNet. You won’t be dissatisfied.

    I encountered a very helpful employee on 9/11/2025 around 4:30pm. He saw me walking in with a big box and ran out to open the door for me. Then he was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and valued. He deserves so praise, I will definitely use PostNet in Grafton again when needed in the future. Thank you! Unfortunately I do not remember his name, so sorry!
