- TWTracy WebbAug 23, 20221.0They were not helpful at all about where I can get my mail when I first moved to town. I live 1'block away and they don't deliver. Drove around trying to find my mailbox and went back and asked about another option. Paid $62 for a po box, had to redo my change of address. They are never open for packages And they with held my mail for non payment when I have the receipt that says I did. Customer service is an absolute zero stars.

However I had a great interaction with the front desk lady, she helped me choose the right box and stuffed my awkward size sleeping bag I was shipping into it and taped it shut for me! It was quick and easy, I will be back if I need anything else while I'm in town.
