- ZUZak UlsbergerMay 2, 20245.0I had a package that was lost in transit and shipped to the wrong address in my neighborhood, I went to my local Germantown post office and was assisted by Gregory who is a awesome guy, He asked me if I could get him a tracking number, Later in the day from work I called to inform them of the tracking number and talked to a wonderful young lady named Kristen, She took my info and heard me out on my dilemma and said she would call and let me know what transpired, A hour or so later this young lady called and said she went and retrieved my goods and put them by my door!!! This lady is a absolute angel and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, I have no words and just can not get over her kindness and professionalism, Kristen deserves a medal for just being so awesome, This was a expensive order I thought was lost and because of her it is safe! My heart is elated, Huge hugs young lady, You rock Kristen, The world needs more people like you in it....
