- ABAlan BeineAug 17, 20241.0Avoid this post office at all costs. Within the last two months, two packages with tracking numbers last scanned in Germantown didn't arrive. After being a week late, called them and was told that I put my mail on hold. False; I received letters, etc during that time. Second package, when I called, I was told it's barcode was not legible and it had to be entered manually. Regular mail gets delivered without barcodes. They said the mail carrier "believes" he delivered it but could have gone to wrong address. Told me to file a claim. Use Amazon whenever possible...they always deliver.

They went from crabby people to crabby and lazy people and now crabby, lazy and rude people. Sad that nobody will do anything to fix this. I've got notices that a package could not be delivered because nobody was home to sign when we were home the entire day. This has happened multiple times. Go to the Hubertus one, they are much more helpful and friendly

We arrived on time, and were told to wait, as the person responsible for our appointment was scheduled to arrive at 10:30. The worker responsible for our appointment did not show up at all. We were forced to reschedule.
