- BBBecki BrickAug 3, 20231.0Our family has lived in Genoa City for 40 plus years and until the new post master took over we never had any issues with our mail or getting packages. Now we have issues with trying to get a package sent to the PO Box and it comes up invalid, and it still ships USPS and they return to sender every time. Don't understand why for as many years that our family has had that PO Box why now it's a problem. Charles has always be polite and he is just doing what he is told. Just very frustrating.

Called amazon to ask why my package was undeliverable, they told me it was dropped off at the usps, ok i asked if it was still there and amazon said yes... ok no big deal ill pick it up the next day. called this location and told i had to pay $300 to recieve it. really $300!?!
