I keep getting mail for them. I've mentioned this to the Post Office as well as the postman, and it keeps happening. Not to mention they keep leaving the flap to my mailbox, open and torrential downpours, getting all of my stuff, completely saturated, when you try to call the post office, it goes nowhere, and you're just stuck in a loop of automated phone call crap, absolutely the worst post office.I've had to deal with so far

I called on work order related to a mailbox key she was rude said it’s not her job to tell me and that I have to come in. She wouldn’t tell me if it was available she made me waste $10 on Uber just to come in to say it’s not available. Another coworker was very nice and respectful and help me but idk her name .
