This is the only post office in fond du lac and it is TERRIBLE!!!!! I had a P.O Box (Paid for because you have to buy these, they're not free) they broke the box somehow and changed my po box and said they notified me of the change and never did!!!! All my mail got sent back to the senders even important ones that I was expecting!!!! Another example I barely get my mail at all even delivered to my house there's always an excuse on why I don't get my mail when called about it rather it be "we don't have enough workers", " the truck came in late" and even when you tell them leave at the front desk it's always a problem 😡😡😡😡 very unprofessional in my opinion!!!! Another prime example, my husband had to import letters he had coming in the mail, they said it was going to take 3/5 business days, it never made it, never got them at all. Had to cancel a few things because the truck broke down and we never received it. This post office is just a whole COMPLETE MESS!!! I'm actually tired of this damn post office and tired of calling ng the postmaster about it. Even he say, this post office get bad reviews and ppl always calling him about this particular post office.
